Bend Runner, as the name suggests, is a dynamic runner game where you zigzag infinitely. This simple yet entertaining game has the potential to keep you glued to the screen for hours!
The concept of the game is straightforward: Stay on the path and achieve the highest score. However, this becomes increasingly challenging with our character who gains speed over time. As you continue to play, the character’s speed increases, making the game progressively more challenging.
One of the standout features of Bend Runner is the changing seasons as you progress in the game. From the yellow leaves of autumn, the warm sun of summer, to the snowy paths of winter, the game immerses you in diverse atmospheres. This adds variability to the player’s experience, ensuring the game always feels fresh and innovative.
For players to reflect their style, there is also a character selection feature. This adds a personal touch to the game.
Despite being a prototype, the simplicity and gameplay mechanics of Bend Runner will have you constantly thinking, “Let’s play one more time”. It’s worth noting that, since this game is at the prototype stage, detailed work on level design has not been undertaken. However, this does not diminish the game’s potential. I plan to enrich Bend Runner with more content in the upcoming periods.
